Create self billing pricing procedure
To create condition type use tcode V/06
To create SB Pricing procedure use tcode V/08
Assign condition type to the pricing procedure to capture
the price from the inbound Idoc to create self bill.
Create New billing type use tcode : VOFA
Use tcode OVTP to Assign document procedure
